First email sends immediately. Later steps follow the delay per step.

Upload a CSV or Excel file of past sales. Expected columns (headers are matched loosely): Client Name, Client Email, MLS#, Address, Sold Price, Sold Date, Terms, Concessions, Buyer's Agent, Buyer's Agent Brokerage. Each row is matched to a contact by name; review below and fix any that didn't match, then import. Each becomes a closed transaction on that contact.

Emails whoever it's assigned to on your reminder days. To give this a custom email, add a matching name under Reminder Settings.

Reminders go out automatically each morning - To the client, Cc the team - in the contact's language. Enter how many days before a deadline to send, separated by commas (e.g. 3, 1 = three days before, then the day before). Use 0 for the day of.

Reminder types

Leave days blank to use the default timing. Untick to switch that reminder off. Click Email to write custom wording (English + Spanish) - blank means the automatic wording is used.
